TICKET INFORMATION

Penkridge Open Air Website and The Monckton Bar are authorised to sell tickets for Penkridge Open Air Festival

No other agency or site will be allocated tickets. If you miss out on tickets, please bare in mind that any cancellations will be made for resale at face value via the Festival’s authorised agencies.

ACCOMMODATION

Camping & Caravanning

Penkridge Open Air does not have on-site camping or caravanning facilities at this time. 

Local Accommodation

The nearest hotel to the Festival site is the Stafford South Hatherton Hotel, other hotels in the local area are: The Bridgehouse Hotel, The Littleton Arms, Lower Drayton Farm B&B

FACILITIES

Medical & First Aid

Penkridge Open Air has on-site first aiders and a first aid point for any medical incidents/emergencies. 

If you require first aid assistance, make your way to the first aid point, or ask one of our members of staff who can summon further support. 

Food & Drinks

External food & drink being brought into the festival site will be confiscated on the gate.

Glass bottles are prohibited and will be confiscated. 

The on-site bar will be run by the Monckton Bar, prices are set by the traders.

We have a variety of food stalls (more information coming soon), prices are set by the traders. 

Take care: know your drink limits. 

If you or your friend requires assistance, please ask a member of staff who will be able to point you to the medical tent

Security

Penkridge Open Air hires an external security company to support our organisers and ensure the safety of our patrons.

A security presence is essential to the granting of the licence needed to hold the festival.

During the Festival our security company will be patrolling the site 24 hours a day. 

Toilets

Penkridge Open Air hires external portable toilets on to the festival site for the duration of the weekend. These are cleaned every morning by our supplier and toilet roll and hand sanitizer restocked.

If our portable toilets are not up to your standard please alert a member of our staff who may be able to assist or alert our supplier to additional requirements.

We have disabled access toilets within our toilet block. Please alert a member of staff if you require assistance.

ACCESS

Customers looking to use our easy-access facilities must already have secured a ticket to the festival and contacted our team prior to arrival.

By Car

Directions: 

From the North: Exit Junction 13 of the M6, take the A449 towards Wolverhampton, turn right on to Pinfold Lane.

From the South: Exit Junction 12 of the M6, take the A5 North West towards Stafford, turn right on to A449. 

Parking: 

There are several public car parks located around the site that are accessible 24/7, however, we kindly remind Festival go-ers that these car parks are also used by local residents and non-attendees.

Leaving: 

When leaving the site you may experience delays as we filter everyone out, please make sure you have plenty of water if this is the case.
